For Safari:

iPad How to Allow Pop-Ups on Safari.mp4

1. Tap on “Settings”
2. Swipe down in the menu on the side until you see “Safari”, tap on it
3. Find the option “Block Pop-ups”, make sure the switch is GREY (off)
   1. If it is green, tap on it to turn it off

For Google Chrome:

Unblock Pop-ups on Chrome.mp4

1. Open Chrome on your device
2. Tap the three dots ⋯ at the bottom right to open the menu
3. Swipe left on the menu until you see “Settings”, tap on it
4. Swipe down to the bottom until you see “Content settings”, tap on it
5. Tap the first option, “Block pop-ups”
6. Make sure it is OFF, the switch should be grey
   1. If it is blue, tap on it to make it grey. Then press “Done”
