If the class is running as per normal and you are unable to hear the audio, it is very likely its the user’s hardware or device.

Please use a PC or laptop when attending classes.

Before joining, check all sound settings on your device:

  1. Make sure the correct output device (speakers or headphones) is selected.
  2. Set the output volume to a high enough level.
  3. If you plan to use your device’s built-in speakers, disconnect any Bluetooth audio devices.
  4. Confirm that your audio works by testing it on other platforms (e.g., YouTube).

If everything seems correct but you still have issues, try using an external audio device (such as external speakers, headphones, or earphones) and ensure it’s properly connected.
