Sometimes, browser extensions and cached data can conflict with our platform. We understand this might be inconvenient for students and parents using their personal browsers. To minimise any disruptions, we recommend setting up a separate Chrome browser profile just for Scholarly.

1. Click the profile button on the top right corner

1. Click “Add Chrome Profile”

1. You may either link it to a Gmail Account or Continue without an account.

   1. Both methods work.

   

2. Personalise it as you prefer, and make sure to add a label that clearly identifies it as a Scholarly Use Profile.

1. Each time you need to access this profile, please click the same profile button on Step 1, and choose the profile you have made for Scholarly.
