If you have logged in, but you’re unable to see the course under “My Courses”, it’s possible that you have logged in to a different account.

Please ensure that you’re using the correct email address to log in, as you may have more than one registered email address.

Please also check if you may have used a different email address in the past.

The course is generally added to the email address included in the enrolment form. Please ensure that you’re accessing the platform on a computer or laptop.
