Sometimes switching your VPN on or off can help diagnose network or loading issues. If you need a VPN, we recommend using the following free option if you do not have one yet:

Please ensure you download the correct version for your device.

Whenever you are using a VPN or are required to reset it, please make sure to close all other tabs completely before turning the VPN back on or off.

1. Ensure all other tabs are closed

2. Turn Off VPN

3. Hard Refresh

   Windows (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Opera)

   • Ctrl + F5
   • or hold Ctrl and click the Reload button.

   Mac (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)

   • Command (⌘) + Shift + R
   • or hold Shift and click the Reload button.

4. Turn VPN ON & wait for it to be active

5. Hard refresh again
